The Manager of LDS.org Now Has a Blog
August 2nd, 2006 by Richard K Miller | Filed under Mormon, The Church. If you're new here, read more about the More Good Foundation. We help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church) share their beliefs on the Internet. Learn more about what Mormons believe or talk with Mormons at LDS.net.
Larry Richman, the product manager for LDS.org and director of the Internet Coordination Group at the Church, has started a blog. He asked us to pass along this email:
I have started a blog at http://ldswebguy.com to share information with Webmasters of LDS sites and other interested people about changes on Church Web sites. It will also contain general information about the Web and ideas on how individuals can appropriately use the Internet to share the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I intend to blog about technology as well as practical examples of how to use the Web.
This blog is not an official publication of the Church. I bear sole responsibility for the information and opinions expressed in this blog.
I welcome you to visit the blog, leave your comments on the various posts, subscribe to it, or link to its posts.

[...] The LDS and Mormon Blogs listing should be revamped and relaunched in a few more weeks, but I couldn’t wait to post a link to ldsWebguy. The blog is from Larry Richman, the Director of the Internet Coordination Group for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Product Manager of LDS.org. While it’s not an official blog from the Church it’s probably as close as we’re going to get. (via More Good Foundation Blog) [...]
Nice Blog–both yours and Larry’s. Thanks for this update. I noticed Larry doesn’t appear at this point to allow comments. I hope this will change. Do you know if he intends to expand his blog roll?
I’ve added his blog as well as this one (to my blog), of which I was unaware until just recently. Keep up the good work!
[...] From the More Good Foundation blog, I found this e-mail from Larry Richman. He’s the project manager for LDS.org. Excellent.

I would like a screensaver software program for LDS Temples. There used to be a Temples screensaver that had Bruce R. McConkies music playing in the background. Where did it go, or is something like this still available?
Thanks,
Ron Tyler
