Raffle prizes for LDS bloggers
May 15th, 2006 by Richard K Miller | Filed under Mormon. If you're new here, read more about the More Good Foundation. We help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church) share their beliefs on the Internet. Learn more about what Mormons believe or talk with Mormons at LDS.net.
The More Good Foundation has begun a program to award prizes to LDS bloggers. Each week or two we’ll select a topic to write about. Any blogger that writes about that topic on their own blog and links to the page we’ve selected will be entered in a drawing for a prize. This week the raffle prize will be a copy of LDS Library 2006 worth $85. For more information see prizes.moregoodfoundation.org.
Writing about Church topics online is a great way to spread the Gospel. We hope this will be a fun way to get more people involved. There’s a good chance you could win a prize, and in any case you’ll be doing good, so write a blog post today!

Kudos — that’s a really good idea, even if there weren’t prizes involved. Having a set topic is great for providing a launchpad from which creativity can do its magic. (And thanks for re-announcing it — I had no idea it was there!)
