If you're new here, read more about the More Good Foundation. We help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church) share their beliefs on the Internet. Learn more about what Mormons believe or talk with Mormons at LDS.net.

David Lifferth is one of the developers working on LDSMedia.com, the upcoming LDS search engine that will include both free and subscription-based content. Because David has access to thousands of Church talks and books, he was able to publish the Top 20 Most Cited LDS Scriptures.

Understandably, many of the scriptures on the list teach commonly misunderstood Mormon principles, such as the necessity of baptism, the Creation, the Fall, the mercy of Jesus Christ, the Restoration, baptism for the dead, and receiving a testimony of the Book of Mormon.

While LDSMedia.com returns results from the scriptures and many published books, it does not include fresh content from the Web. To find fresh Mormon content on the Web, visit the complementary search engine LDSsearch.com, which is completely free.
